Our Staff:

All our staff is friendly, well qualified and experienced. They are well conversant in our major local languages (English, Shona and Ndebele). We also have multilingual guides available upon request, and these include Mandarin/French languages. Our drivers, Tour Guides and Couriers have an intimate knowledge of Southern Africa. They are experienced and licensed.

This enables us to come up with quality packages as we know who provides the best in the industry to suit different clients of diverse background. For those clients who might request for a service outside the “normal” or routine, we are in a better position to tailor make your program and itinerary to your satisfaction.

Payment terms and preferred method of payment

PMC Car rental & Tours accepts cash payments, bank transfers, mobile money transfers (Ecocash) and POINT OF SALE as methods of payment. We require a company order upon confirmation of booking and payment after having received our invoice. Payments can be made to us within 14 days after completion of the job.
